This was the salad I made as part of my Day Two Raw Challenge.
It was simple and delicious!
20+ Campari tomatoes
1/4 – 1/2 Avocado
Black Pepper (to taste)
2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
Nutritional Yeast (for Paul’s portion)
Cut the tomatoes in half or quarters.
Cube the avocado.
Toss in the black pepper and red wine vinegar and mix.
Top off with nutritional yeast.
