Raw till 4 Challenge for Nov. 4th-11th

Hello everyone!

Wow!! It’s been nearly a month since I posted or made a video. I sure have missed it.

It has been a stressful month. 😦 I am hoping to get back on track by starting a NEW challenge for myself!

Raw till 4 Challenge is in full effect from Nov. 4th-11th.

My Goals:
1. Raw meals for breakfast and lunch.
2. Dinner will be a High Carb Low Fat meal.
3. 80-10-10
4. 30 minutes of exercise 6 days this week. 🙂

I’ll try to post daily on my day and hope to be able to report on a successful week!

  2. That’s a great way to eat – it’s what I do and it definitely feels so good! Starting Thursday, I’m going to go all raw in preparation for all of the traveling and uncertain foods I’ll get traveling for two weeks! Good luck in your goals!
